Heart to Heart Adoptions does not receive any state or federal dollars to fund our adoption programs. All of the programs that Heart to Heart offers to Adoptive Families, Birth Parents, and Children are sponsored by individual contributions or the fees collected from adoptive families. Heart to Hearts is deeply saddened by the vast number of individuals and families who wish to adopt but are unable to do so due to considerable adoption fees. These fees render many individuals and family’s hopes to provide a loving caring home for a child impossible.
Reducing the expenses involved in adoption is not possible without the loving donations from private donors. These charitable contributions allow some of the best individuals and families that would have otherwise been excluded, to provide a loving caring home for a child in need.

Heart to Heart is a non-profit organization, licensed as a child placing agency in the state of Utah. As well, Heart to Heart is licensed for fund-raising and as a charitable organization. All contributions will be spent aiding families who are hopeful to adopt children or in assisting birthmothers and children with shelter, food, medical, and other necessary operating cost. Because Heart to Heart is a 501(c)3 tax exempt organization, a receipt will be given to those charitable individuals and families who donate money which may be used for tax-write off purposes.
